POPSAT-HIP1 update

This morning we got a very nice report from Tetsu San and Kasei San showing the OBC beacon popping up and this is a sign that POPSAT already switched off and re-awakened himself.
It did so because even if a low limit voltage warning (6.5V) switches off the beacon to safeguard the satellite power (and we were planning to remove it for our experiment), the overall consumption without beacon during eclipse was enough to bring the battery level below the lowest functional limit (6V) since it was already starting from a very low value (~7V).

Experiment was successful, thanks a lot again to the HAMs community and the HAMs that followed POPSAT in the last few weeks !
