RS-40 digital data (update)

As Mike already mentioned very strong signals. There where two signal patterns. The first was switching between 435.265.000 and 435.365.000 MHz and after halfway the pass there was a second pattern only on 435.365.000. Visit http://www.pe0sat.vgnet.nl/2012/i-received-date-from-rs-40/ so you can listen to the two different signals.

I used Object D as mentioned on http://www.zarya.info/ MiR (Yubileiny-2) 2012-041D 38736 in orbit.

Thanks Jan. You’re right. The first audio pattern is telemetry. The second audio contains only data e.g. a memory dump.
This is a sample of a telemetry channel from the first audio file.

You can see different channels (solar panels etc., voltages, currents). There is also an timestamp. A transmission block covers 30 minutes.
