It’s easy to decode the E1P AFSK signal. It’s important to use mode LSB or USB. At the moment it’s a bit tricky to find the right decoding frequency by manually tuning. It will be much easier if correct TLE are available.
So you have to be fast and tune during the tracking tone exactly to 1200 Hz (USB) or 2200Hz (LSB). If you use MixW (mode 1k2 AFSK standard) you have to select the TNC terminal emulation with an additonally COM port bridge driver. Use one end of the port bridge as TNC terminal in MixW, the other one in the E1P decoder software.

Bandwidth of a E1P signal


The bandwidth of the E1P transmission is rather wide. I assume 30..40 KHz (20 dB).
