AO-27 telemetry

13:13 UTC just had an 83 degr pass over Europe and AO-27 was transmitting 1k2 AFSK telemetry.
I could decode 843 packets -> about 47 kByte :-)

14:57 UTC a low elevation pass (13°) but could also decode 790 packets :-)

Can someone give me more detailed information about the WOD telemetry format, please ?
Who is the responsible station in Europe for AO-27? I can send you the *.kss file.
Any further information are very appreciated.
