  1. If they hit the deployment time marks exactly, I should have AOS about the time it activates.

    The 437.550 downlink for the pre-deployment test should be the D700 operating in crossband mode, rather than ARISSat-1 itself. That should be a strong signal.

    1446: Egress ARISSat-1 and secure to airlock ladder
    1452: Remove solar panel covers
    1507: Translate to deploy site, activate PWR, TIMER1 and TIMER2 
          switches, verify LEDs on, and deploy
