Heard the RS-39 CW telemetry during the 4:14 UTC pass over India. Recording can be found at http://www.vu3tyg.addr.com/RS-39/ . The signals were strong and I was following the keps of the Progress M13 M cargo ship. The RS -39 CW signals were heard 2 minutes after Progress M13 in range.
