The PharmaSat Lottery (“to b E or not to b E”)

Unfortunately, at this point PharmaSat passes over the Southern Hemisphere during sleeping hours. However the orbit is gradually migrating South, with orbits appearing earlier each day.
From the limited number of low elevation downloads the initial deduction is that PharmaSat may indeed be Object E. The nominal frequency of PharmaSat appears to be 437.4605, which is 4.5 kilohertz lower than the nominated frequency.
Although this latest cluster of satellites are in close proximity, they are far apart to make frequency measurements. This frequency variance between the respective objects is highlighted by various graphs included the CP6 section in recent days by Mike.
Over the next few days additional observations will tend to confirm whether PharmaSat is Object E.
