SOHLA-1, 03:38-03:51UTC 02Sep2009, Mel 74deg http://www.ne.jp/asahi/hamradio/je9pel/2009-09-02-03-sohla.kss I paid attention to FSS telemetry Counter and calculated the spin rate of the satellite. 60 / (173 - 156) = 3.53 rpm 60 / (189 - 173) = 3.75 rpm I calculated where of the FSS data which I received and generally became from 3.5 to 4.0 rpm. I compared it several months ago, and it was numerical value of half. It was a little less than 4 rounds per one minute, so one round turns considerably slowly in 15 - 17 seconds. http://www.ne.jp/asahi/hamradio/je9pel/spinrat2.htm
