The ADCS system of Tatyana-2 is out of service and RS-30 seems to tumbling.
At the moment there are problems with the orientation and stabilization system, so they disconnected scientific load and the satellite moved to autonomously regime to recover the orientation and stabilization. Communication is working but not to the full extent.
So I think it’s too early to say that the satellite is lost !
