To all NOAA-18 APT USERS:
I just talked with NOAA and we are looking at a possible issue with the VTX transmitter or a connection to the on board QFH antenna. There is a noticeable drop in power from 5 watts to 2. I will post an update as soon as engineering can take a look at it as well as to discuss any recovery efforts if needed.

Update 13 Dec:
APT data has returned to normal operations. Problem may have something to do with interference from another subsystem on board the spacecraft. Engineers are looking into the problem. Next report on this matter will not come until January 3rd when the engineering team will return from holiday break.
