My first pass was at 2256 UTC (10 Jun) when I saw that behaviour. And the TX was on during all passes here over Europe – as yet. It’s amazing how long the batteries work…

Got a confirmation from Jason Davis from the LightSail project that the cubesat is having issues and is transmitting some undecodable data. The LightSail engineering team is investigating the issue.
