I have been deeply hurt by the death of John. I know him for a very long time and I highly respected him. We had so many good and fruitful discussions about telemetry and analysis of data. With his good contacts to the Russians he was a very important person for us. He built a bridge between the russian radio amateurs and our communities. And he built a bridge between young people who are interested in amateur radio. May he rest in peace.
I wish to express my deepest condolences to his family.
