12:02 UTC I was listening to ITUpSat and did some measurements to determine the spin rate.
See the spectrum below. You can count a noise dip every 6.36 sec -> that means 9.4 dips/min. According to the dipole characteristics I would say that ITUpSat is spinning with 4.7 rpm. Any other thoughts?
