Tetsu, JA0CAW: The command of analog transmitter “ON” was sent by passing 8/26 at 2100 UTC. After the telemetry data had been acquired by about two frames, the transmitter was turned off because a comparatively strong CW telemetry was able to be confirmed.
It is the same phenomenon as trouble until the summer of last year from the spring of 2007.
