… indeed, satellite was rotating about 150 degrees per second. I think, one of the log files was downloaded again, at the moment active spin-up and detumbling tests are being done. Actually, if I remember correctly, your station got about the same amount of packets as we did. Unfortunately, it’s not that easy to distinguishj between individual packets (except comparing full data) so I can not tell how many unique packets your reception provided. But what I have seen when just visually following packet flow – very often stations from Germany, Netherlands and Italy receive data when our GS misses packets.
Last week, a new CDHS firmware was sent up, enabling new functions to test/conduct spin-up process. Today morning, EPS got new firmware as well, fixing a “grave bug” that was in the firmwares since the launch – it was related to very clever side-effect of how Atmega 1280 processor behaves. Well, hopefully random EPS resets are now history :-)
