On the last pass 18:12 – 18:19 the status of the ARISSat-1 Mode changed from
Emergency Mode to Low power Mode and finally to High Power Mode
with in 7 mins long pass , max elevation is 7* too .
Something Funny is going on .
The signal is stable thought the all pass
