CubeBug-1 is, we say, “autist”. We have not payed much attention to it, but the last thing we knew is that though the radio (Astrodev’s Li-1) was beaconing autonomously, its message didn’t change. My understanding is that the CPU (Gomspace’s Nanomind 712C) failed, but the power (Clyde’s) and radio continued to work.
CubeBug-2 is working. However, the linux system in not booting properly. We believe due to some failure in the SD card. I personally believe it may be possible to recover the linux, with much work. We are not working on it, but we may in the future… if anybody would like to try it, we can help. For that, of course, we’ll have to exchange protocol information, etc.
